You’ll own full-cycle recruiting, building pipelines and running a data-driven process from sourcing to offer, while partnering with our Clinical Operations team. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of mental-health licensure pathways, understands the nuances of recruiting clinical professionals, and brings a proven track record in healthcare recruitment.
