Experience may come from cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or a dedicated FinOps role. - Experience supporting production workloads in AWS. - Working knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure automation. - Experience with Python, Go, Bash, or another scripting language. - Understanding of cloud cost concepts, including tagging, allocation, usage reporting, and anomaly detection. - Experience with CloudZero, AWS Cost Explorer, CUR, or similar FinOps tooling is preferred. - Ability to work with incomplete data and improve reporting accuracy over time. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - A customer-focused approach to partnering with engineering and product teams. - Curiosity about AI infrastructure, model usage, and the economics of cloud services. - Experience partnering with Finance or FP&A on cloud budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, and business reporting is a plus.
