The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating Haas CNC Vertical milling machine to produce high-quality precision parts. ## Responsibilities - Set up and operate Haas CNC mill - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions - Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine maintenance - Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) - Maintain quality and productivity standards - Follow all safety procedures and company policies - Master Cam Experience a plus ## Requirements - 2+ years of CNC machining experience (Haas preferred) - Strong knowledge of CNC setup and operation - Ability to read blueprints - Experience with measuring and inspection tools - Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience with CAM software (Mastercam) - Multi-axis machining experience - High-mix / low-volume production experience #IND Pay Range $23—$30 USD Maxcess is an equal employment opportunity employer.
