Come build it with us. ## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We are seeking a CNC operator with experience in operating and maintaining CNC machinery. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating CNC equipment. As a key member of our manufacturing team, the CNC Operator will ensure the efficient and precise production of modular building components using CNC lumber saws and sheet material routers. ## RESPONSIBILITIES - Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality components. - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. - Collaborate with design engineers and production teams to optimize machining processes. - Monitor production to ensure components meet quality standards and specifications. - Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste. ## QUALIFICATIONS - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in CNC machining or related field preferred. - 1 year of experience operating and maintaining CNC machinery. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. - Passion for sustainable building and innovative manufacturing technologies.
