Depending on school level, the Head Coach reports to the High School Athletics Manager or Middle School Dean of Student Life and serves as the on-site leader responsible for upholding all DREAM expectations, policies, and youth development standards. The Head Coach is responsible for building a strong team culture, supporting athlete development and safety, and leading program execution during all practices and games. The rate for incoming Head Coaches who are also DREAM full-time staff is a $4,500 per-season stipend.
