## Role 🎨

As a Collaborating Psychiatrist, you’ll literally transform and save lives by elevating our clinicians through mentorship and upholding world-class protocols.

- Serve as the collaborating psychiatrist (supervising physician) for Mindbloom’s PMHNPs and Psych PAs, helping them deliver their best care to every client
- Review and approve clinician audits and reports on your own time; our team does the prep, so you focus on your clinical judgment
- Lead periodic case reviews over video to trade insights on complex cases while our clinical leadership fields the day-to-day questions
