## Job description

At NorthFox Technologies, we're expanding our European operations and looking for talented Commissioning Agents (CxA) to join our growing team. As specialists in commissioning execution, integrated systems testing (IST), validation and project closeout, we play a key role in ensuring complex mission-critical facilities are tested, validated and ready for operation. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Coordinating commissioning activities across electrical, mechanical, HVAC and building automation systems. Acting as a key link between clients, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams. Reviewing commissioning plans, technical designs, testing procedures and documentation. Witnessing testing activities, identifying deficiencies and ensuring issues are resolved effectively. Monitoring commissioning progress, quality, compliance and project milestones. Supporting integrated systems testing, operational readiness and successful project handover.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Lead commissioning coordination across electrical, mechanical, HVAC and building automation systems on complex data centre projects. Drive commissioning delivery, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently and in line with project milestones. Act as the key interface between clients, contractors and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and accountability. Review and challenge commissioning plans, technical documentation, testing procedures and system readiness. Oversee and witness testing activities, ensuring systems meet design specifications, performance standards and client requirements. Identify and drive the resolution of commissioning issues, managing defects and outstanding actions through to closure. Monitor commissioning progress, proactively identifying risks, delays and opportunities to improve delivery. Support integrated systems testing (IST), system validation, operational readiness and successful project handover. Maintain accurate commissioning records and reporting, providing clear progress updates to project stakeholders. Data centre experience would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in candidates from other technically demanding, mission-critical environments who can bring transferable commissioning expertise.
