Explore your future career 🔭 Malt is scaling up fast and we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Manager, that will focus on salary bands, benefits, pay plans, and compensation reviews, reporting to the Performance & Compensation & Benefits Director As Compensation & Benefits Manager you'll focus. on: - Compensation Structure Management: Design, implement, and maintain the company's salary banding and grading structure to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Conduct job evaluations and market pricing against industry standards. - Annual Compensation Reviews: Lead the annual compensation review cycle (including salary increases, bonuses, and equity grants). Partner with leadership and HRBPs to ensure fair, consistent, and budget-aligned pay plan administration. - Benefits Program Oversight: Manage the full range of employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement, wellness). Ensure, in partnership with local HRBPs, all programs maintain local regulatory compliance. - Policy Development: Develop and document clear compensation policies and guidelines, ensuring transparency and effective communication to employees. - Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct in-depth analysis of compensation data, trends, and forecasts to provide insights and recommendations to leadership. Create dashboards for monitoring pay plan effectiveness, budgeting, and cost management.
