Responsibilities: ● Take ownership of compliance projects and aggressively drive the execution of remediation plans across various business units. ● Serve as the primary liaison between Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Operations, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination. ● Maintain a centralized ledger of all compliance-related projects and relentlessly follow through with stakeholders to ensure action items are completed on time. ● Partner with Ops leaders to engineer fail-safes and guardrails directly into daily workflows to prevent regulatory violations. ● Rapidly identify, escalate, and resolve operational drift or bottlenecks before they become compliance risks.
