En plaçant les besoins réels des utilisateurs au cœur des produits, tout en intégrant les enjeux économiques, sociaux et environnementaux, le design devient un levier puissant pour une innovation à la fois performante et durable.

Le Product Design doit donc être porté à un niveau stratégique pour transformer réellement les organisations.

Être Consultant.e Product Designer chez Thiga 🖇

- Soit tu es en immersion chez le client : tu renforces ses équipes pour créer des produits numériques responsables et performants.
- Soit tu accompagnes le client dans la conception de la stratégie Design afin de garantir la cohérence, la qualité et l’impact des expériences utilisateurs sur l’ensemble des produits et services de l’entreprise

Ton quoditien chez le client 🎯

- Tu collabores étroitement avec les équipes Produit, Tech et Marketing pour établir une vision claire du Design, en alignement avec les objectifs utilisateurs et business.
- Tu formes les équipes internes aux meilleures pratiques de Design
- Tu contribues à la définition de la roadmap produit en apportant une perspective centrée utilisateur.
- Tu définis les user flows et tu crées les interfaces
- Tu supervises la cohérence des parcours utilisateurs et des interfaces sur l’ensemble des plateformes
- Tu promeus la valeur stratégique du Design auprès des parties prenantes
- Tu mets en place et fais évoluer les processus, outils et rituels de Design. Tu participes notamment à l’amélioration du Design System, contribues à la Research, l’usage de la data et au déploiement de l’Intelligence Artificielle dans ton équipe
- Tu mets en place des indicateurs de performance (KPIs) pour mesurer l’impact du Design sur les objectifs Business.

Expériences et qualités requises 📇

- Tu as au moins 4 ans d’expérience avec un impact mesurable dans les environnements e-commerce et, idéalement avec un parcours varié (Scale-ups, grands groupes, Conseil)
- Communication : tu as d'excellentes compétences en communication (aussi bien écrite que verbale) et en relations interpersonnelles. Tu as la capacité à développer une relation de confiance avec les clients.
- Diplomatie : tu sais présenter tes idées et tes convictions et gérer les relations entre différentes parties prenantes. Tu sais faire preuve d’assertivité.
- Curiosité : tu t’informes des nouveautés et des meilleures pratiques en Product Design, Product Management et IA. Figma Make, Claude, Lovable n'ont plus aucun secret pour toi :) Ce sont des alliés te permettant d'accélérer, d'améliorer la qualité et d'explorer de nouvelles façons de concevoir et de livrer.
- Humilité : tu sais te remettre en question et apprendre de tes erreurs pour mieux évoluer
- Anglais courant : tu peux travailler en autonomie dans un contexte international
