Présentation du poste :

Nous recrutons un(e) Consulting Manager pour piloter la définition de stratégies Data & IA auprès de nos clients C-Level (COMEX, marketing, digital, supply-chain, opérations, customer support, IT...). Le/la Manager fait grandir des équipes pluridisciplinaires, pilote le business development, et agit également en tant que leader des opérations sur des sujets stratégiques transverses (RH, recrutement, innovation, management agile, industrialisation).

Missions :

- Piloter des projets à haute valeur stratégique en s'appuyant sur les offres Artefact (stratégie Data & IA, business case, gouvernance de la donnée, cadrage et déploiement de cas d'usage, conduite du changement)
- Manager et faire grandir des équipes pluridisciplinaires (consultants, data scientists, data engineers, data analysts) sur des projets de bout en bout
- Piloter le business development : réponses aux appels d'offres, ouverture de nouveaux territoires commerciaux
- Renforcer les relations clients existantes et identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales
- Structurer l'approche de résolution des problématiques métier et assurer le delivery opérationnel des projets
- Devenir référent(e) sur une ou plusieurs expertises (stratégie, data governance, data marketing...) et contribuer à leur développement : construction d'offres, formation des consultants, partenariats
- Représenter Artefact lors d'événements externes et contribuer à la création de contenu marketing

Profil recherché :

- 4 ans d'expérience minimum en cabinet de conseil
- Expérience en gestion du personnel, avec une capacité avérée à développer de jeunes talents
- Aisance dans l'identification d'opportunités commerciales et le développement de relations clients
- Esprit analytique, curiosité pour la data et les évolutions technologiques
- Maîtrise de la Suite Google/Pack Office ; excellente communication en français et en anglais (écrit/oral)

Rémunération : 66 000€ à 75 000€ brut annuel (fixe) + 10 000€ de variable, selon expérience et séniorité
