## Role Overview

We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help plan, execute, and optimize campaigns that introduce the world to is.fun. You’ll manage digital campaigns across multiple channels — including email, paid social, and partnerships — to drive engagement and user growth. This role blends data-driven marketing strategy with creative execution, working closely with designers, content creators, and growth engineers to build awareness and inspire creators to publish their first Ism.

## Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to develop creative assets for marketing use
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights for optimization
- Manage and refine email marketing sequences, newsletters, and lifecycle campaigns
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to increase sign-ups and engagement
- Support SEO and content marketing initiatives by coordinating keyword-driven campaign content
- Manage cross-channel reporting dashboards to track conversions and growth KPIs
- Work with the product team to align marketing strategy with platform feature releases

## Qualifications

- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or campaign management
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of audience segmentation, campaign optimization, and conversion funnel strategy
- Experience collaborating across creative and technical teams in fast-paced environments
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution

## Nice to Have

- Experience with AI or creative tech brands
- Background in growth marketing or product-led acquisition
- Familiarity with influencer or community-based campaign strategies
