## Your Opportunity

As a Content & Lead Generation Specialist, you will own the content-to-pipeline engine at Dedale. You will design, produce, distribute, and optimize all content that turns Dedale's intelligence into qualified leads — across our platform, LinkedIn, newsletters, gated reports, email sequences, and search. This is a builder role, not an executor role. You won't wait for briefs to write themselves: you will propose, test, iterate, and report. You will own your streams end-to-end, from editorial decisions to performance data, driving content that converts.

## Your Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation Engine & Social Media

- Manage the production calendar and pipeline for gated reports (2/month) and lead capture mechanics
- Drive Dedale's LinkedIn presence (12 posts/month), writing, scheduling, and optimizing for engagement/CTR across company and leadership accounts
- Write, segment, and monitor the monthly newsletter sent to our leads list
- Design email sequences and community nurturing flows (segment logic, copy, deliverability) to build active, autonomous segments (PE, Corporate, Members)
- Execute and monitor LinkedIn Ad campaigns based on strategy briefs

1. Editorial & Platform Content Ownership

- Fully own the Tech Leaders interview series: outreach, production, platform publishing, and community follow-up, while experimenting with new formats and distribution tests
- Build and manage the Super Experts stream: routing, editing, and publishing expert profiles
- Support new strategic streams, including Talent Intelligence, Ask Dedale launch content, and dedicated US storytelling
- Maintain employer branding initiatives and propose new ways to surface team culture

1. SEO, GEO & Website Optimization

- Take full ownership of organic search performance, executing a strategic SEO/GEO audit and implementing a cluster content framework
- Optimize on-page content, structured data, entity definitions, and visibility in AI-generated answers (GEO) to drive organic sessions
- Drive lead capture optimization on the website, improving CTA placement, landing pages, and gated demo executions in Webflow

1. Event Support & Intelligence Capitalization

- Manage pre-event briefs and post-event debriefs with Topic Leaders across key cluster events
- Format and publish debrief outputs as intelligence pages on the platform
- Support event logistics, promotion, and post-event content distribution

1. Performance Tracking & Strategic Insights

- Track performance per campaign and stream, extracting data and delivering cross-channel reporting
- Interpret performance metrics to surface actionable insights that continuously refine the overall marketing strategy

## Your Profile

- 1–2 years of relevant experience (including high-impact internships); proven ability to deliver results and work independently is what matters most
- Proven track record of owning a B2B content stream end-to-end (from brief to reporting) for a senior, sophisticated audience (PE, Corporate Strategy, GovTech)
- Strong written and verbal English (Dedale’s primary working and content language)
- Solid SEO fundamentals (on-page optimization, keyword strategy, basic audits)
- Proactive, organized, and autonomous by default — comfortable managing multiple workstreams and bringing fresh ideas to the table without waiting for direction
- Strong cross-functional collaborator who thrives working alongside Sales, CS, Topic Leads, and Product

Nice-to-have:

- Experience with email platforms (Brevo or similar) and Webflow/no-code CMS
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Ads Manager and product analytics tools (PostHog, GA4, etc.)
- Understanding of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) / AI search visibility
- Keen interest in financial markets, Private Equity, or institutional tech sectors
