## Job description

Content Marketer We’re looking for a self-motivated Content Marketer to help tell the story of crypto and DeFi, and Uniswap’s place in it. You’ll create content across social media, blog posts, emails and ads, with a focus on X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit. You’ll write everything from explainer threads to launch campaigns to content that helps developers build on Uniswap. Working with product, design, business development, engineering, and research, you’ll help take ideas from concept to launch: shaping the content calendar, supporting go-to-market plans, and keeping every piece in Uniswap’s distinct voice. You’ll use analytics to learn what resonates with our audiences and feed those insights into what we make next. You know crypto and DeFi inside out, you have a sharp ear for tone, and you’re always trying new platforms and tools, including LLMs, to reach people where they are.

- Responsibilities
- Produce compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, blog posts, emails, and ads
- Assist in executing our overall social strategy from concepting ideas, to coordinating among teams, to executing, to creatively bringing messages to life to our community
- Assist with content creation and execution from start to finish for all platforms, in coordination with multiple teams and while maintaining Uniswap's distinct brand tone
- Support in developing the social media calendar for all platforms, which is integrated with communications and product timelines
- Assist with executing GTM plans by partnering cross-functionally with internal team members and external stakeholders
- Run analytics and develop insights that are relevant to our core audiences and integrate findings into engagement planning
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts remain current and effective

## Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience running multiple social media platforms for an organization or agency
- Obsessed with crypto and DeFi as transformative opportunities
- Proven ability to use social media to maintain or build a brand, with experience in everything from explainer threads, to product marketing, to banger memes
- Excellent copywriting skills and ability to develop and adapt tone of voice
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, especially X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Reddit

Nice to Haves

- Graphic design experience and familiarity with basic design tools to create image content
- Experience creating content with new tools & platforms like LLMs
- Love for unicorns :)

Minimum full-time salary of $114,000 - $154,000. Disclosure in accordance with New York City's Pay Transparency Law. Full Time employees at Uniswap Labs are also eligible for other compensation elements, including tokens, and benefits, dependent on the position type. Uniswap Labs' Full-Time employee benefits include company-paid medical, dental, & vision for you and your dependents, wellness offerings including a partnership with Equinox Fitness Clubs, 401(k) with 4% employer contribution, annual $1,500 education stipend, unlimited and encouraged time off, up to 16 weeks paid parental leave, home office setup stipend for remote employees and daily lunches at NY headquarters (all benefits are subject to applicable taxes and based on eligibility).
