Команда TENTENS Tech має досвід успішних запусків десятків платформ, якими користуються мільйони людей на всіх континентах світу (окрім Антарктиди, поки що). Зараз ми в пошуку Content Moderator в команду Trust&Safety!

Trust&Safety - це департамент, що працює над зменшенням ризиків, запобіганням шкоди своїм користувачам та відвертого шахрайства, допомагає створити культуру турботи, безпеки та позитивного досвіду навколо та всередині платформи і послуг компанії.

Що ми пропонуємо? — Дистанційна робота у фіксованому графіку: Графік має циклічну ротацію – 3 робочі дні / 3 дні вихідних (у середньому 15–16 змін на місяць). Структура робочого циклу:

- 1-й день (Денна зміна): 07:00 – 15:00
- 2-й день (Вечірня зміна): 15:00 – 23:00
- 3-й день (Нічна зміна): 23:00 – 07:00
- 4-6 дні (Вихідні)

Які виклики тебе чекають: — Модерувати контент на сайті: медіа- та текстовий контент, інші сервіси, а також здійснювати верифікацію користувацьких акаунтів; — За потреби долучатися до інших завдань: підтримання бази знань, додаткові перевірки контенту, зокрема для навчання ML-моделей, проведення рісьорчів тощо; — Співпрацювати з командою підтримки користувачів та іншими дотичними департаментами.
