Position Summary Blackbird Health is seeking an experienced Clinical Recruiter - Contract to join our growing Talent Team. This role will focus on recruiting healthcare professionals including LCSW, LSW, LPC, LMFT, PMHNP, other clinical specialists, and clinical support roles. You'll leverage your deep understanding of the behavioral health landscape to build robust candidate pipelines and deliver exceptional recruiting outcomes in a fast-paced startup environment. This role reports to the Director, Talent Acquisition. How you'll make an impact: - Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruitment for licensed clinicians, from passive sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and pre-credentialing onboarding. - Targeted Sourcing: Execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using healthcare job boards, state licensing databases, professional networks, and AI sourcing tools. - Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with clinical leaders to understand role requirements, state scope-of-practice regulations, and market nuances. - Pipeline Analytics: Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, channel yield) in Greenhouse and Gem to optimize pipeline performance. - Candidate Experience: Deliver a transparent, human-centered candidate journey that reflects Blackbird’s mission and values.
