## Job description

Join a team that helps independent drivers stay protected and on the road. As a Contractor Service Coordinator, you'll be a trusted resource for customers by answering questions, processing requests, and ensuring their coverage information is accurate. You'll work with customers, business partners, and team members to provide a smooth and positive experience. We're looking for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Process applications, policy updates, payments, and billing activities for customers enrolled in insurance programs.

- Review coverage information for accuracy and coordinate updates when needed.

- Communicate with customers, business partners, insurance carriers, and internal team members to provide support and resolve issues.

- Deliver exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls and assisting customers with policy and renewal questions.

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in the transportation industry as well as commercial/personal lines insurance is a plus but not required.

- Excellent customer service or client support experience is beneficial.

- Ability to learn new processes, products, and industry knowledge quickly.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
