## ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring PointFive's Controller to own the company's global accounting function across every legal entity in the group and worldwide office presence. You'll report directly to the Director of Finance and partner closely with Legal, HR, RevOps, external auditors/tax advisors/legal advisors as we scale post-Series B.

## WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including intercompany eliminations and consolidated financial statements.
- Manage revenue recognition under ASC 606 for SaaS subscription contracts, including Marketplace transactions and channel/reseller economics.
- Run the external audit end-to-end, from PBC preparation through auditor liaison and issue resolution.
- Manage tax compliance across jurisdictions — Israeli statutory and tax filings, US state-level obligations, and cross-border withholding and self-invoicing requirements.
- Support payroll oversight across Israel, US, UK and other populations, including cross-border edge cases.
- Build and document internal controls with an eye toward SOX-readiness as the company scales.
- Support cash management, banking relationships, and board-level financial reporting.

## WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

## MUST-HAVE

- 5+ years of experience as a Controller in a global, multi-entity company.
- CPA license (Israeli or equivalent).
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, with Israeli GAAP/tax familiarity a strong plus.
- Demonstrated multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation experience, ideally spanning Israel and the US.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS / tech company.
- Experience leveraging AI in Finance systems & processes
- Netsuite Experience
- High level of English and Hebrew

## NICE TO HAVE

- Big 4 audit background.
- Marketplace or channel/reseller revenue accounting experience.
- Equity compensation accounting exposure (Section 102, 409A basics).
