We're looking for people whose judgement can help us find it. ## What you'll do Review conversations with Ash and tell us what's working and what isn't. You'll join a small group of reviewers, compare notes, and help shape what "great" looks like in an Ash conversation. You might be a great fit if - You work (or have worked) with people, for example in teaching, coaching, counselling, mentoring, customer support or hospitality, or you've studied psychology or education - Friends and colleagues come to you when they need to talk something through - You come across as flexible, warm, honest, confident and attuned to others, and you can spot these qualities in someone else - You write clearly in English and enjoy thinking about why something landed or didn't ## Why join - Meaningful work.
