You’ll also bring: - Practical experience progressing residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion. - Strong working knowledge of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including the processes, documentation and risks involved. - Knowledge of client due diligence, anti-money laundering requirements, lender requirements and professional undertakings. - Confidence using legal case management systems and other technology to manage your workflow and maintain accurate records. - Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal information in a straightforward way. - The organisation and attention to detail needed to manage competing priorities while maintaining high professional standards. - Sound judgement, including knowing when to escalate a concern or ask for guidance. ## How You'll Work You’ll be professional and reassuring with clients, organised in how you manage your caseload and calm when priorities change.
