Experiencia coordinando procesos y/o equipos de cobranza. Experiencia en facturación, seguimiento de cartera y recuperación de cuentas. Conocimiento de requisitos fiscales de facturación y CFDI. Experiencia en conciliaciones de cuentas de clientes. Conocimiento en aplicación e identificación de pagos. Experiencia en elaboración y análisis de reportes de antigüedad de saldos. Manejo avanzado de Excel. Experiencia con sistemas contables y/o ERP. Deseable experiencia en empresas con alto volumen de clientes y operaciones. Actividades Coordinar y supervisar el proceso integral de Cuentas por Cobrar. Gestionar y dar seguimiento a la cartera de clientes para asegurar la recuperación oportuna de pagos. Supervisar la correcta emisión y envío de facturas, notas de crédito y complementos de pago. Dar seguimiento a facturas vencidas y establecer estrategias para la recuperación de cartera. Realizar y supervisar conciliaciones de cuentas de clientes. Coordinar la identificación y correcta aplicación de pagos recibidos. Elaborar y analizar reportes de antigüedad de saldos y cartera vencida. Mantener comunicación y seguimiento con clientes respecto a facturas, fechas de pago y aclaraciones. Coordinarse con las áreas internas para resolver incidencias relacionadas con facturación y cobranza. Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas de crédito, cobranza y controles internos. Elaborar reportes periódicos sobre recuperación de cartera, vencimientos y principales indicadores del área. Identificar riesgos de cobranza y proponer acciones preventivas y correctivas. Brindar información y documentación requerida para cierres contables y auditorías. Coordinar y dar seguimiento a las actividades del equipo de Cuentas por Cobrar.
