This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, security and scalability of our server, cloud and network platforms across multiple locations worldwide. The ideal candidate combines strong infrastructure operations experience with expertise in cloud platforms, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization and business continuity. ## Key Responsibilities - Manage and optimize hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments. - Maintain the availability, performance and security of server platforms and core infrastructure services. - Administer Windows and Linux server environments, virtualization platforms and cloud infrastructure. - Support enterprise networking, connectivity and remote access solutions. - Manage backup, disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities. - Monitor infrastructure health, performance and capacity. - Lead infrastructure improvement and modernization initiatives. - Provide Level 3 support for critical infrastructure issues and incidents. - Collaborate with Security, Engineering and Workplace teams to deliver stable and secure services globally. Required Experience & Skills - Available to work Hybrid from Toradex Office in Campinas-SP. - Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
