You will assist the manager with assessing core integration processes, determine requirements, and recommending best practices and solutions based on client business needs. You will interact with clients and trainers to produce precise and clear specifications that can be then handed to SIS engineers for implementation, as well as provide reassurance and quickly resolve inquiries in your area of expertise.
