Corporate Strategy Team Lead는 전사 관점에서 42dot의 중장기 전략 방향을 구체화하고, 주요 사업·Product·프로젝트 단위의 전략을 도출하는 팀을 이끄는 역할입니다. 전사 경영 전략 수립부터 주요 전략 과제의 실행, 산업 및 경쟁 환경 분석, 그룹사 및 유관 조직과의 협업까지 폭넓은 전략 아젠다를 다룹니다. 팀의 목표와 성과를 책임지고 구성원의 성장을 이끄는 동시에, 주요 전략 과제를 직접 리드하며 리서치와 분석, 전략 수립, 경영진 보고까지 주도적으로 수행합니다. Software-Defined Vehicle, 모빌리티, 자율주행 등 주요 산업의 변화와 경쟁 환경을 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 전사 전략 수립과 경영진의 주요 의사결정을 지원합니다.

- 연간/중장기 경영 전략 수립 참여 및 팀 단위 성과 관리
- 사업, Product, 프로젝트 단위의 전략 수립 및 검토, 주요 전략 과제 직접 리드 및 수행
- 전사 주요 전략 및 경영 현안에 따른 사업 반영 현황 점검, 유관 부서와의 협업·커뮤니케이션을 통한 실행 조율
- 경영상 발생하는 다양한 전사 이슈 발굴 및 문제 정의, 해결 방안 수립
- 인접 산업 및 정책, 동종 업계 트렌드 리서치·분석 및 전략적 시사점 도출
- 그룹사/계열사/관계사와의 전략적 협업 활동 기획 및 조율
- 경영진 대상 보고서 작성 및 주요 의사 결정 지원
- 팀원 육성 및 업무 우선순위·리소스 관리, 팀 역량 강화를 위한 조직 운영

## QUALIFICATIONS

- 대기업 또는 컨설팅펌에서 전략, 경영기획, 사업개발 등 유관 경력 10년 이상
- 그룹사/계열사 등 다수의 이해관계자와 협업하며 주요 사안을 조율한 경험
- 관리 업무 뿐만 아니라 전략 과제를 직접 리드하고 실행한 hands-on 경험 및 역량
- 조직/팀을 리드하며 목표와 성과를 관리하고 팀원을 육성해 본 경험
- 경영진 대응 업무 경험 및 유관 부서와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량
