Working at the intersection of creative direction and advanced manufacturing, the Creative Development Engineer translates ambitious concepts into accurate, production-ready outcomes. The role leads the use of modern development tools and processes, including 3D scanning, CAD and surface modeling, virtual-reality design reviews, rapid prototyping, 3D printing, CNC manufacturing, and computational fluid dynamics. These capabilities are applied to improve design quality, chassis and component fitment, aerodynamics, consistency, production speed, and collaboration across teams. Job Requirements 1. 10+ years of progressive experience in creative development, industrial design, vehicle design, product development, fabrication, or advanced manufacturing. 2.
