Наш флагманський продукт Kismia — застосунок для знайомств із понад 80 мільйонами користувачів у 20+ локаціях світу. Також ми працюємо над сервісами для маркетингу, аналітики та модерації. Наразі ми знаходимось в пошуку Creative Motion Designer(Part-time) у команду Social Discovery, яка займається розробкою та розвитком продуктів для пошуку нових звʼязків. Ми також відкриті до найму ветеранів — створюємо умови, у яких можна не просто бути частиною команди, а й зростати. Твоя зона впливу: генерація та реалізація нових креативних ідей, які допомагають досягати цілей команди. Вплив на кількість креативів: чим їх більше, тим більший потенціал масштабування витрат і прибутку. Більше тестів — більше інсайтів і можливостей оптимізувати закупівлі. Результати, яких очікуємо протягом 6-12 місяців:

- Створення необхідного обсягу креативів (10+ задач) в тиждень.

Твої майбутні задачі:

- Створення відео креативів для просування продукту на різних платформах (TikTok, Meta, Google, Snapchat).
- Ітерування наявних ідей та концепцій
- Адаптація наявних креативів під потрібне розширення та локалізація під різні мови
- Генерація AI матеріалі

Що для нас важливо в цій ролі:

- 6 місяців+ досвіду роботи в моушн дизайні
- Досвід роботи з маркетинговими матеріалами
- Розуміння принципів анімації та основ графічного дизайну
- Впевнене володіння After Effects
- Володіння AI інструментами
- Володіння плагінами та інструментами для оптимізації та покращення роботи
- Розуміння perfomance макертингу

Буде плюсом:

- Досвід роботи із рекламними матеріалами
- Інтерес до реклами та психології споживача
- Англійська - B1+
