Misyonumuzdaki rolün

- Ödeme Tahsilatı – Vadesi geçmiş veya ihtilaflı ödemeleri bulunan müşterilerle telefon, e-posta ve canlı chat üzerinden proaktif şekilde iletişime geçmek; bunu her zaman profesyonel ve empatik bir şekilde yapmak.
- Anlaşmazlık Çözümü – Ödeme problemlerini hızlı ve etkili şekilde çözmek için müşterilerle karşılıklı olarak kabul edilebilir çözümler bulmak. Buna ödeme planları oluşturmak veya gerektiğinde konuyu üst seviyeye taşımak da dahil.
- Müşteri Hizmetleri – Tahsilat sürecinin tamamında yüksek kalitede müşteri hizmeti sunmak ve her ailenin kendisini dinlenmiş ve değerli hissetmesini sağlamak.
- Müşteri Elde Tutma – Ödeme problemlerinin arkasındaki nedenleri anlamak ve müşterileri kaybetmemek için aktif olarak çalışmak; GoStudent ailelerinin çocuklarının eğitimine devam etmesini sağlamak.
- Dokümantasyon – Tüm müşteri iletişimlerini ve sonuçlarını CRM ve ödeme sistemlerine doğru şekilde kaydetmek.
- İşbirliği – Karmaşık veya üst seviyeye taşınmış vakaları çözmek için Revenue Operations ve Customer Success ekipleriyle yakın çalışmak.

- Deneyim – Kredi kontrol, tahsilat veya müşteriye yönelik bir destek rolünde en az 1-2 yıl deneyime ve ödeme süreçleri hakkında sağlam bir anlayışa sahipsin.
