El desafío que vas a resolver

El CRM Implementation Specialist será responsable de liderar la implementación técnica, migración y configuración del CRM HubSpot, asegurando una transición exitosa desde los sistemas actuales (como Odoo) hacia una arquitectura moderna, escalable y automatizada.

El rol combina habilidades técnicas, pensamiento estructurado y conocimiento de procesos comerciales, con el objetivo de traducir los requerimientos del negocio en flujos de datos, integraciones y automatizaciones estables.

Lo que harás Implementación de HubSpot:

- Liderar la implementación completa del CRM HubSpot: definición de arquitectura, propiedades, pipelines, permisos y  c                       workflows.
- Configurar objetos, asociaciones, y reglas de negocio para reflejar los procesos comerciales y operativos de BIA Energy.
- Asegurar que la estructura de datos soporte los objetivos de reporting, automatización y trazabilidad.

Integraciones Técnicas:

- Implementar integraciones entre HubSpot y otros sistemas mediante APIs, Webhooks o herramientas como n8n / Make /                     Zapier.
- Garantizar la sincronización bidireccional de datos y la estabilidad de los flujos automatizados.

Automatización y Workflows:

- Diseñar, construir y optimizar workflows automáticos dentro del CRM para soportar el funnel comercial (creación de l                             eads, actualización de estados, envío de alertas, etc.).
- Desarrollar scripts o conectores personalizados para casos no cubiertos por herramientas estándar.

Lo que necesitaras

- Formación en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Industrial, Electrónica o carreras afines con enfoque en tecnología y datos.

- 3–5 años en proyectos de implementación o migración de CRMs (idealmente HubSpot, Salesforce u Odoo)
