The Wow

Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM coordinator with a "can-do" attitude to join our Global CRM & Engagement department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an amazing team of CRM enthusiasts.

In this role, you'll be part of a team that is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of Welcome Offers and player communications for newly registered customers across a variety of the group’s brands, markets, and products.

As a CRM Coordinator in the onboarding team, you will actively support the daily operations contributing to initiatives designed to attract new customers and convert sign-ups into first-time depositors.

A taster of what you will be involved with:

Email Marketing:

- Support the CRM Managers with the creation of customer emails for conversion campaigns and welcome communications across a variety of brands, markets, products and languages.
- Ensure global and local sponsorship deals are effectively integrated in the email onboarding journey.
- Collaborate with copywriters to ensure email content is compelling, on-brand, compliant and localised.
- Implement dynamic content and interactive elements within the email to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Test emails for compatibility across different email clients to ensure consistent rendering and performance.
- Monitor email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, to assess the effectiveness of emails.
- Regularly review competitor campaigns to ensure that Betsson Group remains competitive in the email marketing space.

Landing Pages:

- Support the CRM Managers with the creation of landing pages that feature compelling content, design and offers, fully aligned with external marketing campaigns to effectively convert new players.
- Ensure landing pages are visually engaging, on-brand, and purposefully designed to drive conversions.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create different versions of landing pages for A/B testing.
- Optimise landing pages for mobile devices, ensuring the best user experience across all platforms.

Project Management:

- Use JIRA to effectively participate in managing CRM projects and communicate with all teams and relevant stakeholders involved.

Support CRM Managers:

- Map out customer onboarding journeys and identify critical touchpoints where conversion can be improved. Work with product and local market teams to drive implementation.
- Assist with the day-to-day operational tasks. These tasks may involve configuration of player rewards, as well as requesting and coordinating design, content creation, and localisation.

## What we are looking for

- A minimum of one year of experience in the iGaming industry.
- Experience working in Wordpress or similar.
- Ability to understand and follow detailed technical instructions.
- Genuine interest in the online casino and poker sectors and sportsbook betting products.
- Good project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, Greek, Latvian, Polish, or one of the Scandinavian languages is a significant plus.
