To learn more about Kensington, visit [kensingtontours.com](http://kensingtontours.com/). ## About the Role Kensington is looking for a CRM Email Specialist to join our growing Marketing team and support the execution and optimization of lifecycle marketing campaigns across Kensington Tours, Cruise and UltraLuxe. Reporting to the Director, Lifecycle Marketing, you will play a key role in our day-to-day campaign engine, building, QA’ing and deploying high-volume email communications that support lead generation, repeat bookings, reactivation, cross-sell and customer loyalty. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys bringing campaigns to life. You’ll take campaigns from brief through deployment, working within HubSpot to build emails, manage audiences, execute automated workflows and ensure every communication is accurate, polished and delivered to the right customer at the right time. You’ll also help us evolve how we work. As our lifecycle marketing program grows, you’ll have opportunities to identify ways to automate manual processes, improve reporting and make our campaign execution more efficient and scalable. ## What You’ll Do Email Campaign Execution - Build, schedule, QA and deploy B2C and B2B email campaigns through HubSpot, including newsletters, promotions, webinars, event invitations, seasonal campaigns and ongoing lifecycle communications. - Own email production from brief through deployment, coordinating timelines and ensuring campaigns move forward accurately and efficiently. - Build emails using established templates and modular components, incorporating approved creative, imagery and copy. - Complete comprehensive pre-send QA, including links, tagging, personalization, audience selection and desktop/mobile rendering. - Manage multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail. Lifecycle & Automation - Support the execution and ongoing optimization of automated lifecycle journeys designed to nurture leads, reactivate customers and drive repeat bookings. - Leverage customer behavior, booking history, spend, destination interests and other audience attributes to support targeted communications. - Build and maintain audience segments and campaign workflows within the CRM. - Help identify opportunities to transition manual or one-off communications into scalable automated journeys. - Support A/B testing across subject lines, send times, creative and offers to improve campaign performance. Reporting & Optimization - Monitor campaign performance across key metrics including opens, clicks, conversions, attribution, list growth and unsubscribes. - Conduct post-campaign analysis and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations. - Document campaign learnings and apply insights to future communications. - Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing reporting processes. CRM Operations & Collaboration - Support the day-to-day management of HubSpot, including email templates, workflows, lists and campaign execution. - Maintain strong list hygiene and support email deliverability best practices. - Ensure campaign execution and customer data handling align with applicable privacy and email marketing requirements. - Partner closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Brand, Integrated Marketing, Sales, Product, Operations, TripArc and Analytics teams to deliver campaigns against shared business objectives. - Communicate proactively with stakeholders, manage timelines and help keep projects moving in a fast-paced environment. ## What You Bring - 3–4+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM or lifecycle marketing. - Experience personally building, QA’ing and deploying email campaigns within a CRM or email marketing platform. - Hands-on experience with HubSpot is an asset; experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Braze, Mailchimp or similar tools is also welcome. - Experience supporting automated workflows, triggered communications and lifecycle campaigns. - Strong understanding of email campaign QA, including links, personalization, audience logic and rendering across devices. - Experience analyzing email performance and using campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement. - Familiarity with audience segmentation and personalization; experience building segments is an asset. - Understanding of email deliverability, list hygiene and applicable data privacy and email marketing regulations. - Basic comfort troubleshooting email templates and HTML is an asset. - Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. - Clear, proactive communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. - Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. - Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities may evolve and team members roll up their sleeves to support shared goals. - Experience within travel, luxury, hospitality, retail or another consumer-focused environment is an asset, but not required.
