RiseGuide – це expert-powered self-improvement застосунок для тих, хто хоче стати найкращою версією себе. Ми будуємо microlearning продукт на інсайтах і принципах видатних рольових моделей. Наші користувачі розвивають харизму на прикладі Мішель Обами та Стіва Джобса, прокачують когнітивні навички за фреймворками Джима Квіка та Барбари Оаклі, і набувають хороші звички за правилами Кобі Браянта та Мел Роббінс. Факти, а не гучні слова про RiseGuide:

- Виросли в 5 разів за останній рік і продовжуємо активно масштабуватися;
- 15 хвилин – середній час, який наші юзери проводять в додатку, та рейтять його на 4.6 в App Store і 4.4 на Trustpilot;
- 90+ людей у команді – вихідці з провідних програм менеджменту світу та топових продуктових компаній;
- Топ-2 за виручкою серед усіх бізнесів SKELAR, хоча нам всього 2 роки;
- Два офіси (Варшава та Київ) + команда, що працює з усього світу.

Наша ціль – переосмислити self-improvement і створити “smart scrolling” experience. Уяви, що всі найвидатніші фахівці, лідери та дослідники зібралися в одному місці, яке можна покласти в кишеню. Щоб досягти цю ціль, ми шукаємо CRO/Monetization Manager, яка/який розвиватиме зону Product Marketing зону і допомагатиме перетворювати всі наші амбітні плани у реальні досягнення. Ми круто провели Q5 і активно масштабуємося, виросли в 5 разів за минулий рік. Наразі у Product Marketing зони немає одного відповідального, UAMи та креативні маркетологи запускають тести через наш funnel builder, який ми розробили всередині. У нас є розуміння, що така модель перестала бути ефективною, тож у тебе є унікальний шанс залідити Product Marketing зону. Ти приєднаєшся до лідерів маркетинг команди перспективного скейл-апу, що відкриває великі можливості карʼєрного розвитку та реалізує твою підприємницьку жилку. Які виклики чекають: — Вести повний цикл розробки та оптимізації маркетингових воронок: від генерації ідей до запуску, тестування, аналізу результатів і масштабування; — Формувати гіпотези та вдосконалювати Value Proposition воронок на основі глибокого розуміння потреб цільової аудиторії й бізнес-цілей; — Пріоритизувати та впроваджувати ініціативи, що впливають на зростання ключових метрик; знаходити ефективні Growth Hacks та досягати цільового ROI; — Проводити глибокий конкурентний аналіз та дослідження ринку для виявлення нових можливостей і посилення маркетингових стратегій; — Тісно співпрацювати з командами маркетингу та продукту для реалізації ініціатив. Що для нас важливо: — Досвід від 1 року на позиції Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager або суміжній ролі; — Впевнені аналітичні навички: робота з метриками, аналітичними інструментами, уміння формувати гіпотези та перевіряти їх через експерименти; — Досвід у проведенні A/B тестів, дослідженнях користувачів та аналізі конкурентного середовища; — Здатність ефективно співпрацювати з продуктовими та інженерними командами, впливати на процес прийняття рішень; — Англійська B2+ Шукаємо людину, яка і «про креатив» i «про аналітику», а головне – «про результат» :)
