職務内容について

シニア・プロデューサーとして、アニメ共同製作チームのバイスプレジデントにに報告します。

東京オフィス勤務の応募者を募集しています。

この職務の主な目標は、世界がまだ知らないさまざまなジャンルを紹介し、世界中の新たなアニメファンを惹きつけることができるエキサイティングなストーリーと美しいアニメーションを制作パートナーと共に共同開発・制作することです。それぞれの市場のトレンドに細心の注意を払い、世界各国のファンの注目を集め、プラットフォームの新規加入者獲得に貢献、さらなる利益を生み出すことのできるコンテンツを選定します。制作チームAの責任者をサポートし、戦略構築やチーム・マネジメントを行っていただきます。コンテンツの企画製作や二次利用の知見また業界での幅広いネットワークを活かして、担当作品の制作だけでなく、他チームメンバーの企画制作にも取り組んでいただきます。マネージャーとして、チームの若手プロデューサーやアソシエイト・プロデューサーを指導し、メンターとして建設的なフィードバックを提供することが求められます。

- 共同製作委員会によるアニメコンテンツの企画製作

応募資格:

- 12年以上のアニメ業界での実務経験
- 3年以上のチームマネジメント経験
- 著作権ビジネス全般の専門知識
- アニメ制作・マーケティング経験
- 日本のアニメトレンドの理解、海外のアニメトレンドへの関心
- ネイティブまたはビジネスレベルの日本語力、会話レベルもしくはそれ以上の英語力と今後の学習意欲
- グローバル企業での勤務経験
- グローバルな視点からの分析経験
