業務について

▼組織・チーム紹介

債権管理本部では、「お客様のマネーコンディションに応じた返済プランの提案」をミッションとしています。 AIやテクノロジーを活用しながら、お客様にとっての「返しやすさ」を追求し、適切なサポートの提供に取り組んでいます。 本ポジションは、審査・債権管理センター本部内のカスタマーセンターに所属し、未収債権の回収業務を担う組織です。

【具体的な業務内容】

初期の延滞が発生しているお客様に対し、安心感のあるサービス提供と、早期の解決に向けた対応を行っていただきます。

- お電話による延滞債権のご案内・回収業務（返済に向けたご相談対応、進捗管理）
- 電話対応に付随する事務処理（会話記録や返済方法変更時に伴う後処理など）

- 東京本社でのオフィスワークとなります。 （個人情報を扱う部署となるため、リモートワークは不可となります）
- 私服勤務が可能で、社員はそれぞれ働きやすい服装で勤務しています。
- 業務は定時で終了する日も多く、ワークライフバランスを保ちやすい環境です。また、有給休暇も取得しやすい風土があります。

必要な経験/スキル

- お客様対応経験（コールセンター、カスタマーサポート、ヘルプデスクなど）
- 基本的なPC操作スキル

勤務時間

- 時間シフト制（8:00～16:45、9:00～17:45など）
- 原則：午前9時～午後17時45分（実働7時間45分＋休憩時間 1時間）

休日

- 週休2日制　基本的には月曜～金曜日の就業ですが、３か月～４か月に一回程度、土日祝日に出勤する場合がございます。
- 土日祝日に出勤した場合は代休がございます。 ※年間休日124日

- 年次有給休暇(初年度14日間、入社月に応じて按分付与。入社日から使用可）
