Als Customer Care Manager/in berätst und betreust du unsere Kunden im Aftersales. Gleichzeitig stellst du sicher, dass die Kundenfahrzeuge unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards erfüllen. Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unserer Manufaktur. Du bist Troubleshooter, Qualitätsgarant und Markenbotschafter in einem. Wenn du ein Problem erkennst, suchst du nicht nach Ausreden – du findest Lösungen. Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und mit einem hohen Anspruch an Qualität. Du hast Freude an Technologie, denkst mit, bleibst auch in hektischen Situationen ruhig und pflegst einen professionellen Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen.

Deine Mission:

- Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden im Aftersales
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Auftragsablaufs
- Überwachung der Einhaltung vereinbarter Termine und Kosten
- Qualitätssicherung durch sorgfältige Dokumentation und Endkontrollen
- Koordination mit dem Produktionsleiter sowie dem Customer-Care-Team
- Professionelle Kundenkommunikation – freundlich, lösungsorientiert und verbindlich

Was du mitbringst:

- Erfahrung im Bereich Aftersales, Kundenservice oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse sowie Affinität zu digitalen Prozessen
- Führerausweis Kat. B (C1 von Vorteil)
- Hohe Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
