Deine Aufgaben – contra boring, PRO YOU

Als Customer Care Manager m/w/d betreust Du ausgewählte Bestands- und Großkunden über den gesamten Customer Lifecycle hinweg. Du steuerst Service- und Betreuungsthemen verbindlich, schaffst Transparenz und verbindest Kunde, Support, Consulting, Application Management Services, Vertrieb und Produktmanagement.

- Betreuung: Du bist zentraler Ansprechpartner für ausgewählte Bestands- und Großkunden und steuerst Service-, Betreuungs- und Entwicklungsthemen mit klarem Blick auf den Kundenerfolg.
- Steuerung: Offene Kundenanliegen, Service Cases und Bearbeitungsstände behältst Du im Blick und koordinierst die nächsten Schritte mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen.
- Kommunikation: In regelmäßigen Kundenreviews bereitest Du Statusübersichten auf, priorisierst Themen und sorgst für klare, transparente Abstimmung.
- Analyse: Du erkennst Risiken, Verzögerungen und wiederkehrende Muster frühzeitig und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung von Customer Health und Servicequalität ab.
- Weiterentwicklung: Kundenfeedback bringst Du als Voice of the Customer in neue Betreuungskonzepte, Reports, Standards, Services, Prozesse und Produkte ein.

Dein Profil – contra 08/15, PRO YOU

- Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung: Praktische Erfahrung im Customer Success, Customer Care, Account Management, Service Management, Application Management oder im direkten Kundenkontakt bei einem Softwareanbieter
- Fachkenntnisse: Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis, ERP- und Prozessverständnis, sicherer Umgang mit Serviceprozessen, Kennzahlen, Priorisierungen und komplexen Kundenanliegen
- Persönlichkeit: Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, klare Kundenorientierung, verbindliches Nachhalten paralleler Themen und professioneller Umgang mit kritischen Kundensituationen
- Sprache: Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation in einem internationalen Umfeld
