As the company's face to our members, the CEA plays a critical role in the success of the business by developing high-quality relationships and creating memorable experiences. A critical aspect of our CEA role is engaging and selling the value of our service to every member. Location: Dallas, TX | USA | Full-time Onsite Start Date: Monday, October 19th, 2026 Compensation: Starting at $20.00–$24.00/hour based on experience + a $1,500 sign-on bonus, plus a competitive monthly bonus program — top Care Advocates can earn up to an additional $1,200/month. Shift Schedules: - Monday–Friday, no weekends - 6-week onsite training program, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (paid at your regular rate) - After training, you'll be assigned a 9-hour shift within a 7 AM–8 PM window This is a 100% onsite position.
