As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll focus on re-engaging warm leads — including past clients who didn't move forward the first time — and turning them into satisfied, long-term customers. You'll build trust, educate homeowners, and close deals virtually in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

## What You'll Do

Work warm leads and re-engage prior clients who previously chose not to move forward Conduct outbound follow-up calls to educate clients and close deals Build and maintain strong, lasting customer relationships Act as a trusted advisor, helping homeowners solve roofing and exterior issues with tailored solutions Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals Maintain accurate records of all activity in CRM software Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive insights You'll Thrive Here If You're A proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Experienced in roofing or exterior home improvement sales (preferred) Comfortable closing deals virtually in a high-paced, competitive environment A natural communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly Tech-savvy — comfortable with CRM systems, iPads/iPhones, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) Confident, self-disciplined, and highly motivated Analytical, with a good read on market trends Team-oriented, with a genuine desire to help clients and win together
