## Job description

このポジションは、コンビニのバックヤード飲料陳列ソリューションを顧客（コンビニ店舗）が継続して効果的に利用できるよう、ソリューション導入後の現場オペレーション安定化と経済効果の最大化を実現し、今後の事業拡大に資する仕組み構築を行います。

現場で発生する課題への迅速な対応や、KPIに則したオペレーション効率の測定、関係部署へのフィードバック等を通じ、RaaS（Robot-as-a-Service）の品質向上のための施策を企画・実行します。

このポジションの雇用主はTelexistenceの100%子会社であるTX Operations株式会社です。

業務内容

- 担当店舗へのソリューション導入・運用支援、現場で発生した課題の抽出と関連部署を巻き込んだ解決プランを実行する
- 導入後のオペレーション効率を測定するKPIや、店舗業務プロセスの改善の実態を、データと現実の乖離も確認しながら継続的に観察し、安定的な運用を実現する
- 導入後の店舗で発生する課題をタイムリーに察知して関連部署にフィードバックし、迅速に解決する
- TX GHOST導入による経済効果やオペレーション効率化の分析結果を、クライアント（小売店事業主）言語に落とし込んで説明することで、現場を巻き込んだプロセス改善を主導する
- 担当店舗の現地訪問、国内出張を伴うクライアントとの定例会議を設定、運営する必要な社内外向けのマニュアルやホワイトペーパー等のドキュメントを作成する

スキル要件

- Excel(Google Spreadsheet)、PowerPointを使った文書作成
- Excel(Google Spreadsheet)でのデータ入力
- 課題解決のためにタイムリーに現場訪問するフットワークや、未経験の業務に怖じないチャレンジ精神、行動力
- 異なる利害をもつ複数の関係者間（現場スタッフ、顧客、社内各部署など）を巻き込み、共通の目標を達成するコミュニケーション能力
- 当社のミッションを理解し、自分の仕事に落とし込むことができる力
