## Job description

客戶服務透過科技連結每一個角落，用正向、積極、熱情與專業態度，協助用戶與司機夥伴，解決使用上遇到的大小問題，為客戶創造難忘體驗，並使他們在使用 Lalamove 時更加順遂以及更加喜愛我們產品。

【工作內容】

- 利用即時通訊系統、郵件以及電話處理客戶的各類需求與問題。
- 依照公司標準流程處理客戶司機夥伴諮詢、問題與抱怨。
- 將用戶反饋的資訊供給相關部門以達成服務流程優化。
- 負責後台系統資料輸入，將客戶服務互動的細節以及各項相關數據、內容準錯無誤的登錄於系統中。
- 辨認複雜具難度之個案且提交給予資深團隊夥伴或主管。
