## Job description

Als Mitarbeiter Kundenservice (m/w/d) bist du ein zentraler Ansprechpartner innerhalb unseres internationalen Support-Teams bei PERGOLUX und betreust unsere Kunden im DACH-Raum über Telefon, E-Mail und Chat. In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung komplexer Kundenanfragen, löst technische Problemstellungen und optimierst kontinuierlich interne Support-Prozesse, um eine nachhaltige Kundenzufriedenheit und Markenbindung sicherzustellen. Deine Aufgaben

- Dedizierter Kundensupport: Du lieferst empathischen und erstklassigen Support auf Deutsch und Englisch über Telefon, E-Mail und Chat – inklusive der eigenständigen Betreuung komplexer Anfragen, VIP-Kunden und Montagepartner.
- End-to-End Fallbearbeitung: Du übernimmst die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für Bestell- und Lieferthemen wie Retouren, Transportschäden, Rückerstattungen und Reklamationen von der Ersterfassung bis zur finalen Lösung gemäß lokaler SOPs.
- Technische Fehlerbehebung: Du diagnostizierst und behebst technische Produktfragen unter Nutzung von Bild-/Videomaterial, Handbüchern und tiefgehendem Produktwissen zur Bereitstellung präziser Lösungen.
- Crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Logistik, Lager, Vertrieb sowie Technik zusammen und pflegst eine lückenlose Dokumentation in Zendesk, Shopify und internen Systemen für reibungslose Übergaben.
- Prozess- & Wissensoptimierung: Du identifizierst Prozesslücken, pflegst Help-Desk-Ressourcen (FAQs, Makros) und unterstützt deine Kollegen zur kontinuierlichen Steigerung der Servicequalität.

Das bringst du mit

- Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (C1+) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B1+) für die reibungslose Kommunikation mit Kunden im DACH-Raum und deinen internationalen Kollegen.
- Berufserfahrung: 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im Kundenservice oder technischen Support, idealerweise in einem schnell wachsenden E-Commerce-Umfeld.
- Kommunikation & Deeskalation: Exzellente mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit, aktives Zuhören, hohe Empathie und souveräne Deeskalationskompetenz in anspruchsvollen Situationen.
- Digitale Kompetenz: Vertrauter Umgang mit Multi-Channel-Ticketing-Systemen wie Zendesk und Shopify sowie starke Multitasking-Fähigkeiten unter Einhaltung von SLAs.
- Eigenverantwortung & Prozessdenken: Solides Urteilsvermögen bei nicht-standardisierten Fällen gepaart mit dem Bestreben, interne Abläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
