Als Customer Success Specialist (m/w/d) bist du eine der ersten Stimmen, die unsere Kundinnen und Kunden hören. Du sorgst für Klarheit, Verbindlichkeit und einen professionellen ersten Eindruck – und stellst sicher, dass sich unsere Kund:innen jederzeit gut aufgehoben fühlen. Du arbeitest eng mit Sales, Marketing und unseren technischen Teams zusammen und trägst maßgeblich zur Kundenzufriedenheit bei. Deine Aufgaben - Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Kund:innen bei eingehenden Anfragen per Telefon oder E-Mail - Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen, von allgemeinen Fragen bis hin zur Lösung spezifischer Probleme - Sicherstellung eines positiven Kundenerlebnisses durch kompetente und freundliche Kommunikation - Pflege und Dokumentation relevanter Informationen im CRM-System - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Marketing und technischen Berater:innen, um Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen - Mitwirkung an der Optimierung von Prozessen und Gesprächsleitfäden im Kundenservice Dein Profil - Verfügbarkeit in Vollzeit - Erfahrung im telefonischen oder schriftlichen Kundenkontakt, z.
