Виклики, які чекають на цій ролі: — Обробляти звернення користувачів і партнерів у чатах та поштою українською, англійською, іспанською та китайською мовами, допомагаючи людям швидко й дружньо; — Бути експертом бази знань сайту, щоб орієнтуватися в продукті та давати точні відповіді на будь-яке питання; — Передавати складні запити на профільні відділи та стежити, щоб вони дійшли до потрібної команди; — Ділитися з Operations Manager/Team Lead та QC-командою ідеями щодо покращення робочих процесів; — Комунікувати з іншими командами, шукаючи найкращі рішення для спільних задач; — Виконувати операційні задачі протягом зміни (16:00–24:00), використовуючи брейки та короткі перерви для відновлення темпу.
