## What You’ll Do

- Interact with customers across chat, email, and calls
- Share best practices and recommendations
- Troubleshoot, identify, and escalate reported bugs, register customer complains and requests.
- Collaborate with Sales, Development, Marketing, and QA
- Represent the “voice of the customer” inside the company
- Contribute to process improvements and exceed KPIs

## What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years in a customer-facing role (support, success, service)
- Excellent English communication skills (written + spoken)
- Customer-first mindset with strong active listening skills
- General computer proficiency and SaaS product knowledge
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Positive, team-oriented, and proactive attitude
