## Job description

Jouw rol als Customer Support Specialist

Verzekeringen. Meestal saai, complex en vol kleine lettertjes. Bij Insify doen we dat anders. Wij bouwen de modernste zakelijke verzekeraar van Europa, speciaal voor ondernemers en freelancers. Geen gedoe, wel snelheid en transparantie. Als ons nieuwe gezicht (en stem) van de klantenservice ben jij niet zomaar een 'helpdeskmedewerker'. Jij bent de bondgenoot van de ondernemer.

Wat ga je doen:

Je komt terecht in het hart van onze operatie. Je spreekt dagelijks ondernemers die gepassioneerd zijn over hun vak, maar hulp nodig hebben bij het beschermen van hun droom.

De held uithangen: Je beantwoordt vragen via chat, telefoon en mail. Geen scripts, maar echte gesprekken. Meebouwen: Zie je dat klanten steeds tegen hetzelfde probleem aanlopen? Jij signaleert het en werkt samen met onze developers om het product te verbeteren. Onboarding: Je helpt nieuwe klanten moeiteloos door het proces heen, zodat ze binnen 2 minuten verzekerd zijn. Kwaliteit boven alles: Je streeft niet naar een 'snelle afhandeling', maar naar een 'verbluffende ervaring'.

Wie ben jij?

- Empathisch & Scherp: Je begrijpt de stress van een ondernemer en weet precies hoe je iemand geruststelt.
- Taalvirtuoos: Je schrijft en spreekt foutloos Nederlands (en een aardig woordje Engels).
- Ondernemende mindset: Je houdt van de chaos van een scale-up. Als er iets nog niet geregeld is, dan regel jij het.
- Leergierig: Je vindt het leuk om de fijne kneepjes van zakelijke verzekeringen te leren (we beloven dat we het interessant maken).
