Founded in 2017, OVRSEA is a next-generation freight forwarder that uses technology to simplify and optimize international transport for businesses. We support 700+ companies across 60 countries in their international freight shipments. In January 2026, OVRSEA merged with the Fatton Lyseo group. Our ambition is clear: to build, through organic and external growth, a unified, agile, and sustainable French leader in logistics, capable of addressing new challenges in logistics control, operational performance, and technological disruption. This merger brings together, under a single group, cutting-edge tech expertise, well-established historical know-how, and a dense network of locations across strategic geographies - with over 1,000 employees, 61 offices in 14 countries, and 120,000 m² of warehouse space - serving demanding clients in the luxury, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food industries. As the first Customs Declarant in Belgium, you will play a pivotal role in this launch. You will combine operational expertise, autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit, with a direct impact on our local growth. You will not only manage declarations.
