Uber Freight México Customs, impulsado por TP Laser, busca profesionistas graduados en Comercio Internacional, Negocios Internacionales, Logística o áreas afines. Buscamos personas motivadas, dinámicas y con enfoque en el detalle para integrarse a nuestro equipo. Como parte de nuestro equipo, serás responsable de supervisar, gestionar y administrar las funciones aduaneras y de servicio al cliente, garantizando procesos eficientes, rentables y el cumplimiento oportuno de las entregas.

Qué Hará el Candidato

- Atención y Seguimiento al Cliente: Brindar atención continua a clientes internos y externos sobre la revisión, estatus y progreso de sus operaciones aduaneras, notificando oportunamente cualquier discrepancia, retraso o daño en la mercancía.
- Coordinación Aduanera y Cumplimiento RRNA: Solicitar la documentación operativa correspondiente para coordinar el despacho aduanero y asegurar el cumplimiento de las Regulaciones y Restricciones No Arancelarias (fracciones arancelarias, permisos, avisos automáticos, etc.).
- Captura y Gestión de Pedimentos: Realizar la captura de pedimentos conforme al Anexo 22 en sus distintas modalidades (marítimo, aéreo, ferrocarril, terrestre y operaciones especiales).
- Manejo de Operaciones Consolidadas: Ejecutar la apertura y cierre de pedimentos consolidados, así como la elaboración de remesas.
- Generación Documental para Despacho: Crear y gestionar documentos operativos esenciales para el despacho aduanero (COVEs, PITAs, DODAs) y tramitar o revisar la manifestación de valor e información solicitada al importador.
- Gestión de Datos y Procesos Internos: Alimentar bases de datos y generar reportes de seguimiento en Excel, garantizando el cumplimiento estricto de los procesos internos.
- Cierre Operativo y Resguardo: Asegurar el cierre de las operaciones e integrar de forma impecable el expediente digital de comercio exterior.
- Supervisión de Terceros: Coordinar y supervisar las operaciones con socios comerciales según aplique en la cadena logística.

Cualificaciones Básicas

- Licenciatura concluida en Comercio Exterior, Logística o área afín.
- De 1 a 2 años de experiencia relacionada con operaciones de Importación y Exportación en Comercio Exterior.
- Conocimiento práctico de la Legislación Aduanera y de Comercio Exterior.
- Manejo del llenado de pedimentos conforme al Anexo 22 y dominio básico de sistemas de captura.
- Manejo de herramientas de Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Chats, Meets, etc.) para bases de datos y reporteo.

Cualificaciones Preferidas

- Inglés nivel básico.
- Experiencia previa con portales y sistemas aduaneros.
