Ready to shape how business customers experience banking? Alongside our retail segment, we serve a diverse range business clients. Their needs range from complex financing to digital payment and liquidity solutions. Your mission as a CX Researcher will be to uncover and analyze these diverse needs and workflows, focusing on the entire customer experience. Your insights will directly influence strategy, products, and interactions.

- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods (interviews, usability tests, surveys, contextual inquiries).
- Analyze usage behaviors and requirements of business customers across different industries.
- Develop personas, customer journeys, and usage scenarios based on your insights.
- Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product teams, design, marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Take an active role in stakeholder management: present results, facilitate workshops, and bring the research perspective into decision-making processes.
- Collaborate closely with product management, UX/UI design, marketing, and sales to shape holistic, user-centered solutions.

- Outcome Focus: You ensure research drives impact, from translating insights into clear recommendations to supporting implementation and measuring results.
- B2B Expertise: You have a proven track record in B2B research, ideally in financial services or other complex industries.
- Product Development: You are familiar with the full product lifecycle, from early concepts to prototypes, collaborating closely across teams.
- Communication & Stakeholders: You have excellent skills in presenting, facilitating workshops, and aligning diverse stakeholders in both German and English.
