And together, you'll build something worth being proud of. ## What you'll be doing As our Data Analyst, you'll be a key member of our Growth & Marketing (G&M) team, putting data and intelligence first to drive real business impact, from user acquisition and engagement to retention and monetisation. Here's what that looks like in practice: - Drive Decision-Making Through Data - Analyse complex datasets to identify patterns impacting the consumer funnel (Acquisition, Engagement, Retention, Monetisation). Partner with Marketing Managers and other stakeholders to deliver in-depth analysis across the full product lifecycle to maximise ROI. - Partner with Key Stakeholders - Act as a strategic partner for Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product, bridging the gap between technical data and business goals and translating complex analysis into clear, executive-level recommendations. - Build High-Impact Visualisation Tools - Define key metrics and develop dashboards and reports that communicate analytical insights effectively, empowering stakeholder self-sufficiency. - Contribute to Data-Mesh - Actively work on the development of the federated data layer by designing robust data models and building pipelines that integrate into the company's data strategy, ensuring scalable and governed data ownership. - Promote Agentic Analytics - Contribute to the enrichment and adoption of AI-powered agentic workflows for data transformation and exploration, accelerating analytical capabilities and enabling self-service for key stakeholders. - Drive Testing Initiatives - Own the end-to-end testing pipeline, from opportunity identification to experiment design and recommendation delivery, operating effectively in a fast-paced environment. Who we're looking for This role needs someone who is a problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset, who is detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership in a dynamic, collaborative environment. - Relevant Experience - 4 years in data-related roles spanning across Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, or Analytics Engineering, with hands-on experience in high-volume, or big data environments. - Data Modelling & Data Mesh Expertise - Hands-on experience in data modelling, ETLs and data transformation layers. Real world exposure to Data Mesh and contributive data ecosystems is a plus. - Technical Proficiency - Strong command of SQL and Git. Experience with dbt and notebook-based analytics (e.g. HEX, Databricks, Jupyter) is a plus. - Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Comfortable with ambiguity, able to break down complex problems into unit workstreams and deliver evidence-based answers.
