## Job description

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to help maintain accurate and up-to-date company information. You will enter, review, and update data across internal systems and spreadsheets, while ensuring information is complete and accurate.

This role is a good fit for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently with repetitive tasks.

## WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Enter and update information in company systems and spreadsheets
- Review data for accuracy and correct errors
- Maintain organized digital records
- Identify missing or inconsistent information
- Follow established data entry procedures
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time

## WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Previous data entry, administrative, customer service, or similar experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good typing and computer skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital systems
- Organized and able to manage repetitive tasks consistently
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace

## NICE TO HAVE

- Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Previous remote work experience
- Experience with CRM, database, or business management systems

## COMPENSATION

$18–$23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
