## Job description

Dans le cadre de notre croissance, nous recherchons un.e Senior AI Engineering Manager, avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur des sujets d'IA, capable de mener des projets de pointe et d'encadrer des ingénieurs (juniors et seniors) de haut niveau technique. En tant que AI Engineering Manager, vous rejoindrez une équipe d'experts en Data Science, pour mener à bien des projets data et IA de l'état de l'art jusqu'à la livraison du projet. Votre mission est de transformer les défis de nos clients en solutions concrètes et innovantes.

## VOS RESPONSABILITÉS :

- Pilotage de projets client : Vous encadrez la conception technique et fonctionnelle de projets variés, incluant la GenAI (Agents, LLM/VLM, NLP, RAG). Vous garantissez la qualité, le planning et le budget, tout en maintenant une relation de confiance avec les équipes opérationnelles de nos clients.
- Production et expertise : Vous menez des missions de conseil technique (audits, stratégies IA, architecture) et participez à la veille technologique pour maintenir notre expertise au plus haut niveau.
- Avant-vente et développement business : Vous contribuez à la croissance de l'entreprise, concevez des propositions techniques solides et participez aux soutenances pour convaincre de futurs clients.
- Management d'équipe : Vous accompagnez une équipe de Data Scientists (jusqu'à 5 personnes), les faites monter en compétences, les coachez et veillez à leur épanouissement en alignant leurs objectifs individuels avec les projets les plus pertinents.

## PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

## MUST HAVE :

- Vous êtes diplômé.e d'une école d'ingénieur avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle,
- Vous avez une expérience significative en IA générative (Chatbot, NLP, LLM/VLM, RAG),
- Vous avez une excellente compréhension des concepts techniques (modèles, architecture, données, évaluation) et des tâches & cas d’usages standards d’IA et IA generative »,
- Vous avez acquis une expérience solide en management de projet (cadrage, budget, staffing...),
- Vous avez piloté en direct une équipe avec un haut niveau technique en Data Science.

## NICE TO HAVE :

- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des architectures de déploiement (Cloud, MLOps),
- Vous êtes reconnu.e pour vos excellentes compétences en communication et en leadership,
- Vous avez la capacité à résoudre des problèmes complexes et à innover.
